The dependable men and women of the United States Armed Services have combined forces with The Charter School
of San Diego to improve reading and math skills in the Tierrasanta community. As tutors, they are visitng the classroom
for training, meeting students at the Murphy Canyon Chapel or CSSD classrooms, and even going out to student's homes
and working with parents to help our teens tackle the most challenging subjects.
Mrs. Schjolberg and Mr. Goyette would like to thank our Navy, Army, Airforce, and Marine volunteers who
make this project possible. Without this T.E.A.M. effort, our students would have less opportunities to excel in science, math,
and English.
